Order process

Order need to be placed a week in hand. More details on days and timings will be elaborated in your enquiry response email. Before customers are logged into the online purchase system and a customer account created, a couple of initial orders would need to placed by email.

Product Quality

Being natural items, the actual supplies may differ from product images and specifications including stem length, colour, bud size, grade, weight, shape or any other and may also be different from previous orders for similar items. We can also not guarantee that the packaging may be as exactly specified or described on the website, by quote or other correspondence, as we may have to alter arrangements based on the despatch flower conditions. We intend to have the flowers as fresh and long-lasting as possible but cannot confirm on the specifics of these.  Being natural items these can vary within limits and could have minor blemishes or quality issues with marks due to microbes which could affect parts of the flower. Major issues should be submitted with relevant photographs within 12 hrs of delivery, for our returns/refund team to look at.

Order confirmation / rescheduling / cancellation

Our order handling team will reply to confirm receipt of the order by email. Unless we reply by email to confirm, the order is not approved for despatch. Due to the low production of cut flowers being harvested there could be some irregularities There could be some order changes or re-scheduling due to the current situation, seasonal effects or shipment issues. These will be clarified when the order is confirmed by us or latest within a couple of days before delivery. Changes to the order will be notified by email. We will need confirmation on the order amendment to process the dispatch. Unless we receive confirmation, we will consider that the order amendment is not approved by you and you would not like us to process the order. If you are not satisfied with the schedule/amendment you can cancel the order for a full refund.

Delivery

We are now doing a FREE delivery offer to areas around Milton Keynes. Please share your postcode for our despatch team to check on the offer.

FREE DELIVERY to UK mainland (for 10+ bunches) or a flat rate of £7.95 (excl. VAT) for all other orders.

These will be made by next-day courier to any UK mainland address given when ordering. For certain postcode areas in distant areas, delivery can take up to 48 hours due to logistics issues. These are preferred to be a manned shop or establishment.

The packages are delivered by couriers who may require a signature. It is essential that someone is available to collect delivery, unpack the cut flowers and condition them as soon as possible. We may use multiple couriers and they may have different policies in leaving an unattended non-signed package.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries and being perishable items, refunds cannot be processed on these. The client will need to contact the couriers directly and reschedule for failed deliveries, re-arrangements or address changes. Please note some services may be charged by the courier separately. If you intend to collect from their depot, they normally require two types of identification - please check with them.

Refunds, returns, cancellation

Fresh cut flowers and foliage are not covered by The Distance Selling Act and the Consumer Contracts Regulations, so we are afraid refunds cannot be processed.

Being perishable items, product complaints or any other issues with quality or delivery must be informed within 12 hours of receipt of delivery and will not be considered after this time. Claims for compensation are not accepted.n are not accepted

Payments

Payments on delivery by card are only accepted for orders above £20.

We can accept BACS, Paypal or Cards.

Full payment is required for most confirmed orders unless you have a credit account with us.

 

In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of or in connection with the use of our products.
